To ensure we provide the best service to our customers, all your purchases from the store are eligible for exchange and return within 3 days from the date of their arrival. All you need to do is:
- Ensure the shipment is intact, in its original condition, and without any damage.
- If the customer wishes to exchange the product without any defect in the product, the customer is responsible for the new shipping costs and return fees.
- If the order has been shipped to the customer and they wish to cancel the order and receive a refund, shipping and return fees will be calculated, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer's account after receiving the shipment from the shipping company within a maximum of 7 business days.
- If the customer refuses to receive the shipment, or if there is an error in the contact information (such as mobile number or email) that led to the return of the shipment, delivery fees will be deducted from the order value. If the customer wishes to re-ship the order, new delivery fees will be charged.
- If the item is defective or does not match the website description, you have the right to exchange it and be compensated with a new item free of charge.
- Orders outside Saudi Arabia are not eligible for return or exchange.
